Shipping Information

Your shipping cost is calculated and published by our third-party carriers. We will do our best to reduce those charges therefore, you may receive a reduction on your final invoice. Some packages may require an additional shipping charge therefore, you will be contacted before we process the package.

All orders received after 1:00pm PST will be processed the next business day. Overnight Orders that are received on Friday by 1:00pm PST will arrive on Monday. If you are interested in Saturday delivery or have any other questions about shipping please contact SnoopyGift@snoopyshomeice.com

To prevent any delay for delivery or redirection charges for business's please include the name of the business, suite and or floor number. Address redirection or changes/correction made to the address by the receiver or the carrier may cause additional fees to be charged to the customer who placed the original order:

   • USPS Priority Mail charge is $5.00
   • UPS and FedEx Domestic charge is $12.00
   • FedEx International charge is $30.00

Local drivers/carriers may choose to leave packages without a signature, for which we cannot be held responsible

Carriers will make three delivery attempts; if the package is sent back to Snoopygift.com there may be a service charge. Please note all domestic packages are insured against loss, however we cannot file a claim until 30 days after the original shipping date.

At this time we do not ship to the UK using USPS due to their new policy related to 'Brexit'. Please select FedEx and we will confirm the cost once your order is placed.

Use of USPS International First Class as a shipping method to many countries can lead to delivery delays of up to 8 weeks and packages are sometimes difficult to track using once they have left the U.S.

USPS Priority Mail International is a more reliable and safer method for shipping packages outside the U.S. and the US Postal Service claims that packages will be delivered in 6 to 10 business days. Many of our international customers have experienced delays and reported problems with getting accurate tracking information and package delivery notifications. As a result, we suggest using UPS or FedEx International if you need a guaranteed delivery with timely and accurate tracking information. Please note all international packages are insured against loss, however we cannot file a claim until 45 days after the original shipping date.

For customers in Alaska and Hawaii:
Packages going to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only.

For an International countries (including Canada):
You and/or the receiver may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. The recipient of the package will be held responsible for customs clearance charges. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Snoopygift.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If the package is returned to Snoopygift.com and we are assessed brokerage and duty fees by the carrier, you will be billed these fees. Please do not ask Snoopygift.com to eliminate the invoice or to specify the package as a gift. It is against our code of ethics.

Holidays:
There may be shipping delays due to specific holidays such as: Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

The best way to get the most current information regarding your order is to visit your account information page. This page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has been in transit for longer than the stated time please contact SnoopyGift@snoopyshomeice.com for further assistance.

Fraudulent Orders:
There may be a slight delay if your order gets flagged as possibly fraudulent. In these cases we will attempt to call you to confirm the order before shipping. If we determine an order to be fraudulent we will cancel the order and refund payment. If your order has been cancelled and you believe it was a mistake please email us at SnoopyGift@snoopyshomeice.com to resolve the issue.
