Shipping Information

  • Shipping costs are calculated and published by third-party carriers. However, some packages may require an additional shipping charge due to dimensions and weight.
  • Orders received on Monday – Friday after 1:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the relevant tracking information.
  • If it is a business address, to ensure timely delivery, please include the name of the business, suite/floor number.
  • Local drivers/carriers may choose to leave packages without a signature.
  • Carriers will attempt three deliveries. If the package is returned to Snoopygift.com, an additional charge may apply.
  • Please note all packages are insured against loss, but claims cannot be filed until 30 days after the original shipping date.
  • Weather-related delays are not the responsibility of Snoopygift.com.
  • USPS International shipping to many countries may result in delivery delays.
  • Packages going to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Mail only.
  • For international shipments, including Canada. The recipient is responsible for duty and taxes.
  • Shipping delays may occur during official holidays.
